1. Information handled
Friendly Escort may receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address, preferred name, telephone or other contact details, general service area, preferred date, questionnaire choices and any message you add.
Hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps. Google Analytics processes visit information only when analytics has been accepted.
No payment-card details or identification documents should be submitted through the compatibility questionnaire.
2. Compatibility questionnaire
The questionnaire is used to assess and respond to a potential enquiry. Your ordinary questionnaire choices may be saved locally in your browser for up to 24 hours so you can continue later. Your email address and other contact details are deliberately excluded from that saved draft.
The completed form is sent only when you press “Send questionnaire”. Because an optional message may reveal sensitive personal information, the form asks for your explicit agreement before submission. Please provide only information that is necessary for the enquiry.
3. Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is used to understand visits and improve the website only after you select “Accept analytics”. If you decline, the analytics scripts are not loaded. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time and change your choice.
Essential browser storage is used for your cookie choice and, when you use the questionnaire, its temporary progress. These functions do not require analytics consent.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess or manage any resulting booking, maintain necessary safety or financial records, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid submitting a precise home address, payment information or identity documents through the form.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its use. Where consent is relied on, you may withdraw it for future processing.
You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
